Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can and protect what we keep. Copix never stores the text of your drafts or briefs.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you buy or sign in. It identifies your account and is where we send magic links and receipts. We store it encrypted.
- Purchase records: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Your credits: your SEO credit balance and a ledger of how it changed.
- A usage log of tool calls: for every call your AI assistant makes, the time, the tool and action, the result status, the credits spent, which key or connected app made it, the app’s name, how long it took, and the size and a one-way fingerprint (hash) of what was sent. Not the text itself. You can see and download this log in your account.
- Keys and connected apps: API keys and app tokens are stored only as one-way fingerprints, so nobody can read them back from our database.
- Basic technical data: IP address and browser, in server logs and to protect sign-in and the API from abuse.
- Analytics: Google Analytics on our website, with cookies, only after you accept the cookie banner.
- Ad measurement: the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API on our website, with cookies only after you accept. A purchase is also sent from our server with your email hashed. We don’t send your email to Meta in a readable form.
What happens to your drafts
When your AI assistant sends a draft, brief or URL to a Copix tool, we process it to answer that call and then discard it.
- Copy tools process text on our servers and keep nothing.
- SEO tools send the text, query or page you asked about to TypeSafe (Jev) for analysis, and fetch the public pages you asked us to audit or crawl. A crawl’s report, which lists URLs from that site, is kept for one hour so your assistant can fetch it, then deleted.
Your AI assistant’s provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) sees what you send to it and what Copix answers. Their privacy policy covers that.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought and run the tools you call.
- To charge credits correctly and show you your usage.
- To send sign-in links and receipts.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service working.
- To improve the site and the tools (from counts and timings, not your content).
We don’t sell your data and don’t send marketing to people who haven’t bought or asked for it.

How long we keep it
Account, purchase and credit records are kept while your account exists and as long as tax and accounting rules require. The usage log is kept while your account exists. Crawl reports are deleted after one hour. Server logs are kept for a short period.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@copix.si from your account address. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights; we honor them.
