Terms of Use
These terms apply to your purchase and use of Copix (“Copix”, “we”, “us”) at copix.si. By buying or using Copix, you agree to them.
What Copix is
Copix is a hosted MCP server: a set of tools that AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code call while they write. Copix gives guidance, frameworks and checks. Your AI assistant writes the text.
Plans
- Copix Basic includes the copy tools.
- Copix Complete includes the copy tools, the SEO tools, the SEO credits stated at checkout, and paid tools we add to Complete later.
Each plan is a one-time payment, shown in US dollars before checkout and processed by Stripe. Prices follow a founding-price ladder and go up as plans sell; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Owners of Basic can upgrade to Complete by paying the difference shown at checkout.
Lifetime access means access for as long as we operate Copix. If we ever decide to shut it down, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before.
SEO credits
- SEO credits pay for the SEO tools, which cost us money to run. The price of each SEO action in credits is shown in your account and to your AI assistant before it runs.
- Credits are a usage unit with no cash value. They can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and they are tied to your account.
- Only Copix Complete owners can hold or buy credits. Credits don’t expire while Copix operates.
- If an SEO action fails on our side, its credits go back to your balance.
Your account, keys and connected apps
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You can create API keys and connect apps (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your account. Keep your email, keys and connected apps secure: you are responsible for activity under them. You can revoke a key or disconnect an app at any time from Setup.
One plan is for one person. You may not share keys or account access with people outside your own use, or resell access to Copix.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the SEO tools on sites you don’t own or don’t have permission to audit, or to overload, attack or probe any site or network;
- try to get around plan limits, credit charges, rate limits or security;
- copy, scrape or redistribute the tools’ library (frameworks, patterns, rules and examples) to build a competing product;
- use Copix for anything illegal, or to produce deceptive, harmful or infringing material.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and stop requests that put the service at risk.
Your content
What you write with Copix is yours. Copix doesn’t claim rights in your drafts, briefs or output, and doesn’t store their text (see the Privacy Policy).
AI output and results
Copix and your AI assistant can be wrong. Scores, rankings and checks from the SEO tools are estimates, not guarantees of search rankings, traffic or citations. Review everything before you publish. Copix doesn’t guarantee followers, traffic, sales or income.
Third-party services
Copix runs inside AI tools we don’t control, and its SEO tools use third-party software and services, including jev-seo and TypeSafe’s Jev (see Credits). Their availability, limits and terms are set by their providers.
Availability and changes to the tools
We work to keep Copix available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or replace tools over time. We won’t remove the core of a plan you paid for while Copix operates.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Liability
Copix is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We’ll email owners about material changes.
